Annual Report

Our annual report provides a review of the complaints we received and resolved. You can download the full annual report in German and French.

It shares insights into trends in complaints and reflects the fields of private insurance (VVG/LCA), accident insurance (UVG/LAA) and occupational benefits (BVG/LPP). Apart from showing the number of cases we handle, the annual report also takes a closer look at the complaints referred to us in the three language regions.
